Compositrice-pianiste canadienne, Anne Sophie Roy crée une musique néoclassique profondément lyrique et introspective. Noémie & Le Friendless Crew
Noémi Parenteau-Comfort (nom d’artiste Noémi Madeleine), est une auteure-compositrice-interprète bilingue folk indépendante, originaire d’Ottawa. Elle a fait ses études d’abord en piano puis en basson classique à l’université d’Ottawa avec une mineure en voix. Ses études se poursuivent ensuite au Randolph College for the Performing Arts (jadis le Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts) à Toronto et elle se lance bientôt sur la scène torontoise de musique et théâtre. Suite à deux ans à Amman en Jordanie pour enseigner les arts de la scène, elle retourne à Toronto et se joint à quelques groupes musicaux dont Ambiance the band, qui fusionne jazz et chanson française d’Édith Piaf à Stromae. Son style est inspiré à la fois de la chanson française, du folk et du country ainsi que du lyrisme de ses racines en musique classique et comédie musicale. Sa musique qu’elle décrit comme folk lyrique s’inspire d’artistes comme Cœur de pirate, Juliette Armanet, Pomme, The Wooden Sky et Joni Mitchell.

Noémi Parenteau-Comfort (artist moniker Noémi Madeleine), is a franco-ontarian bilingual independant singer-songwriter, from Ottawa. She studied first the piano then classical bassoon at the University of Ottawa with a minor in classical voice. Her studies then continued at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts (previously the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts) in Toronto and shortly thereafter jumped into its music and theater scene. After two years teaching in Amman, Jordan, she returns and joins a few bands such as Ambiance the band, which fused jazz and French chanson from Edith Piaf to Stromae. Her musical style is inspired by French chanson, folk, country and holds a lyrical quality inspired by classical music and musical comedy. Her music, which she describes as lyrical folk, is inspired by artists such as Coeur de Pirate, Juliette Armanet, Pomme, The Wooden Sky and Joni Mitchell.
Yann Perreau
Yann Perreau été né le 5 Avril 1967 dans Montréal, Québec. Il a commencé son musiques quand il etait très jeune, avec un group qui s’appelle “Doc et les Chirurgiens”, qu’il etait formé à Lanaudiere, Québec. Quand Yann a fait au Pop sortes de musique quand il était jeune, quand son group a arrive il a fait du Rock-électrique et maintenant il est tout seul et il fait du Pop et Rock-électrique. La premié carrié (album) qu’il a fait etait Western Romance et sa veut dis la premiere chanson etait “Musee Just pour Rire”. La premié concert était dans 1999 (avec son group) a la Cabaret du Musée. Just pour Rire, dans Montréal.
Yann Perreau was born on April 5, 1967, in Montreal, Quebec. He began his musical career at a very young age with a group called “Doc et les Chirurgiens,” which was formed in Lanaudière, Quebec. While Yann explored different styles of music when he was young, his group eventually moved toward electric rock. Today, as a solo artist, he performs a mix of pop and electric rock.
His first album was Western Romance, which featured his first song, “Musée Juste pour Rire.” His first concert with the group took place in 1999 at the Cabaret du Musée Juste pour Rire in Montreal.
In 2003, Yann was nominated for the Prix Félix-Leclerc de la chanson, although he did not win. He has also received recognition from L’ADISQ, including awards for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Video of the Year, all in the Pop category.
Cactus Club
Les racines de Cactus Club sont formées de : Micky – Guitare, de Robin Mason – Batterie et de Lionel Tissot – Basse et voix. Présentement en studio pour la complétion d’un nouvel album disponible vers la fin de l’année 2023 et dans l’écriture de nouvelles compositions qui devraient voir le jour en 2024. Micky et Lionel ont une longue histoire de Rock’n Roll ensemble, arrivés de France au Canada dans les années 80. Après plusieurs albums, démos et des centaines de concerts avec différents membres et groupes, ils ont fait bande à part pour se retrouver en 2022 et recommencer un nouveau groupe avec des différents styles et influences mais toujours dans une énergie puissante et Rock’n Roll. Le style du groupe comprend de nombreuses influences musicales, tel le Jazz, Pop, Punk, Rock et Reggae, avec définitivement une touche de Blues. Robin s’est joint au groupe en 2022 et apporte avec lui une grande expérience aussi, avec plus de dix disques à son actif, il donne une nouvelle énergie, une force et une solidité à la section rythmique de Cactus Club. Une découverte musicale à ne pas manquer

The roots of Cactus Club are formed by Micky on guitar, Robin Mason on drums, and Lionel Tissot on bass and vocals. The band is currently in the studio completing a new album, expected to be released toward the end of 2023, while also working on new compositions planned for 2024. Micky and Lionel share a long history in Rock ’n’ Roll, having moved from France to Canada in the 1980s. After recording several albums and demos and performing hundreds of concerts with various musicians and bands, they went their separate ways before reuniting in 2022 to start a new group. Cactus Club brings together different styles and influences, while maintaining a powerful Rock ’n’ Roll energy. The band’s sound draws from a wide range of musical influences, including Jazz, Pop, Punk, Rock, and Reggae, with a definite touch of Blues. Robin joined the group in 2022 and brings extensive experience of his own. With more than ten albums to his credit, he adds new energy, strength, and solidity to the rhythm section of Cactus Club. A musical discovery not to be missed!
Science Fiction Cumbia
Born in Montreal, Eric studied guitar and improvisation in New York City before moving to Berlin, where he spent a decade as a sideman to big and small names of the European music world. After re-locating in Toronto, he worked as a studio and live musician and dove into blues, country and music tech.
This interest in art and technology has led to recent recordings exploring common ground between composition, electronica and various global music traditions.

Swamperella
Swamperella célèbre pour son énergie et ses rythmes taillés pour la danse, le groupe célèbre et perpétue l’authentique tradition musicale de la Louisiane. Fondé au milieu des années 1990 par la violoniste et chanteuse Soozi Schlanger après un camp musical. Interprète une musique cadienne traditionnelle et festive, inspirée par les racines acadiennes de la Louisiane. Réputé pour ses spectacles vivants très énergiques qui font danser le public.
