NOTICE – Roxane Bruneau Concert on September 18

Due to a health-related situation, the Roxane Bruneau concert scheduled for September 18 must unfortunately be postponed to a later date.

All ticket holders will be automatically refunded.

The teams are currently working to reschedule the concert for the end of March 2027, as part of the 6th edition of Bonjour Printemps, which will take place during International Francophonie Week at the Paradise Theater.

Francophonie en Fête will communicate the details of the new date as soon as they are confirmed.

Pierre Lapointe’s new concert, inspired by his album Dix chansons démodées pour ceux qui ont le cœur abîmé (Ten Old-Fashioned Songs for the Brokenhearted), is an intimate and deeply poetic musical experience. Blending songs from his latest album with beloved classics from his extensive catalogue, he creates a warm, immersive atmosphere designed to comfort wounded hearts through timeless melodies.

The Concert Experience

Inspired by his 15th studio album, this performance offers a rare and deeply personal glimpse into the artist’s world. Both evocative and heartfelt, the album’s title reflects Pierre Lapointe’s vision: to create comforting, timeless music that feels as though it has always existed.

Joined by his band, Lapointe revisits some of the most cherished songs from his repertoire while performing selections from his latest album—including Toutes tes idoles and Comme les pigeons d’argile. Together, these songs create a gentle, enveloping musical refuge for anyone who has loved, lost, or is simply looking to be moved.

The festival will feature two performance stages:

Main Stage
The Main Stage will be located in the park’s open space overlooking Lake Ontario. Surrounding the stage, visitors will find approximately 20 tents featuring community organizations, representatives from multicultural French-speaking communities, as well as food vendors and local artisans. Festivalgoers can relax and enjoy the performances from lounge chairs, standard seating, or the gently sloping lawn. A licensed bar area with picnic tables will also be available, offering food and beverages in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth Zone Stage
Located on the upper level in the amphitheatre with tiered seating, the Youth Zone Stage will host family-friendly programming from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Surrounding the stage, a dedicated children’s area will offer a wide range of activities, including inflatable attractions, LEGO building stations, interactive entertainment, arts and crafts workshops, treasure hunts, live performances, face painting, and balloon twisting—providing fun for the whole family.
